Puma Moving Supplies is a new division within the well-recognized Puma Moving Company. The company is based in San Francisco and provides daily deliveries of low-cost moving supplies and boxes to the entire Bay Area.
• What are the hours of operations? When should I expect my delivery?
  
  Puma Moving Supplies operates around the clock, seven days a week. Generally, all deliveries are completed within the same day of your order. The company operates a number of vans in the Bay Area; therefore, customers can make last-minute reservations and still receive delivery on the same day. Please complete your order on the designated form.
• Are your boxes brand new? Where do you get your moving boxes and supplies?
  
  Our boxes and moving supplies are of the highest quality and are brand new, direct from the manufacturers. We receive supplies daily from the manufacturers. We do not sell used boxes or printed boxes. In addition, our drivers thoroughly inspect all supplies before each delivery to insure top-notch quality.
• How Strong are your boxes? Why box strength is so important?
  
  We deliver only professional moving boxes that are at least 32 ECT (or 200-lb. test) in strength. This means that it takes 200 pounds of pressure per square inch to puncture the carton. The strength of the boxes is a critical factor in ensuring that your belongings will arrive safely. Used and weaker boxes will crush under load and allow damage your belongings.
• Do you offer custom-made products and a substantial inventory of moving supplies and boxes?
  
  We have a solid relationship with a variety of vendors who provide custom-made products for our customers. We maintain a large number of moving supplies and boxes. If you require a special item that we do not offer on our website, we will customize it for you. Please contact us for more details concerning special orders.
• Do you have a delivery fee? Do you have a minimum order?
  
  The delivery charge in San Francisco is $10, while deliveries in the surrounding area are subject to a delivery fee based on the distance. Minimum order is $60.
